A New Online & Mobile Banking Experience

Coming in July. 

What to Expect:

Go-Live Date: July 24th

We’re launching an upgraded digital banking experience, designed to help you stay on top of your finances anytime, anywhere. With improved tools, a fresh interface, and streamlined navigation, managing your money has never been easier.

Most of your account details will carry over, including:

  • Transaction history
  • Bill pay payees and scheduled payments
  • Internal transfers
  • eStatement preferences

A Few Things to Note:

What Will Transfer:

  • Internal Transfers:
    Recurring internal transfers will carry over. However, if you need to edit them after July 24, you’ll need to delete the old transfer and create a new one.
  • Transaction History
  • Bill Pay Payees and Scheduled Payments
  • eStatement Preferences

What Won’t Transfer:

  • Alerts:
    Your current alert settings will not transfer. Please make note of your existing alerts before July 24. You’ll need to set them up again in the new system.
  • Card Controls:
    If you currently use card controls in the “Cards” section of our mobile app, these settings will not transfer. You’ll need to set them up again after the upgrade.
  • External Transfers:
    External transfers and their history will not transfer. Please download or print your records before July 24. You’ll need to re-establish these connections in the new system.

First Time Login Instructions

To make your first login as smooth as possible, make sure your email address and phone number are current in your online banking profile. Need help? Call us at (248) 833-6160.

On or After July 24th

  1. Login using your existing User ID and Password.
  2. You’ll be prompted to verify your identity with a one-time passcode sent via text or phone call.
  3. Enter the code and you’re in!


Important Reminders:

    • If you use biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint), be sure you know your User ID and Password before July 24.
    • If you’re unsure of your User ID, contact us for assistance.
    • If you’ve forgotten your Password, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it.

Option 1: Via the Current App
Open the current app, and you’ll be redirected to download the new one. Once downloaded, log in with your existing credentials, then delete the old app.

Option 2: Direct Download
Search for Citizens State Bank MI in your app store, download the new app, and log in. Then delete the old version.


Note: You’ll need to re-enable biometric login in the new app if you used it previously.
